Business owners know this line and they live up for it. They believe in this because they know that their business will grow with the help of the customers, so giving them what they want and siding with them is what the business owners are always doing.

Sadly, for the staff of the owner, this is not a very good motto. What happens if a customer crosses a line between being tolerable to being downright abusive?
